$195 for 8 Weeks
Custom 8-week training program built for you
1 mid-program email check-in to make adjustments based on your progress
Designed for lifters focused on powerlifting, hypertrophy, or general strength development
Private file-share system to upload technique videos, ask questions, and access updated programs
Best for: Self-motivated lifters who want a structured, professionally designed program with light oversight.

After the first 3 months, billing continues month-to-month unless paused or canceled.
