-Uploaded videos and notes shared through your personal file with your coach

  • 1. Program Only

    $195 for 8 Weeks

    • Custom 8-week training program built for you

    • 1 mid-program email check-in to make adjustments based on your progress

    • Designed for lifters focused on powerlifting, hypertrophy, or general strength development

    • Private file-share system to upload technique videos, ask questions, and access updated programs

    Best for: Self-motivated lifters who want a structured, professionally designed program with light oversight.

  • $295/month (3-month minimum commitment)

    • Initial assessment and full custom program

    • Weekly email check-ins and program updates as needed

    • Technique analysis via video uploads

    • One optional 30-minute video call with Rob per month

    • Private file-share system for communication with your coach

    Best for: Lifters looking for hands-on coaching, technical feedback, and a continually evolving program.

    After the first 3 months, billing continues month-to-month unless paused or canceled.
