SAUNA MEMBERSHIPS
**Enjoy either 30 min or 60 min IR sauna memberships either solo or with a friend
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Memberships and appointments are exclusively made online, through our member app through Gym Master
Our sauna is self-serve during business hours. Our members may access the sauna room on their own.
Memberships are billed monthly. Choose from 5, 10, 15, or 30 saunas per month. Sessions do not roll over if unused. Cancel anytime before 24 hours ahead of your next billing cycle
Sauna sessions are 30 minutes or 60 minutes in length
Add a Buddy- We allow ONE additional person to be added to your sauna session. Everyone must sign a waiver to utilize these services. All waivers must be signed PRIOR to appointment.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Check to make sure your electronics can handle sauna heat. We are not responsible for damaged or destroyed items
Please bring a set of dry clothes and your own towel to dry off after your sauna
Be cautious if going directly from cold plunge to sauna. Listen to your body and do what is comfortable
Drink plenty of water (with electrolytes) before and after your sauna sessions
SAUNA ROOM RULES
All members must sign a waiver prior to using our Sauna
Please be punctual about your scheduled time. We want everyone to enjoy their time and not go into other member’s schedules. Staying after your time will result in fees for each violation
Listen to your body and use the sauna at your own pace. Please always exercise safety and exit the sauna if you feel unwell or sleepy
You are responsible for your safety and health before you sauna. Staff may not be present as you can access the facility on your own during business hours. Please read our list of contraindications for the sauna. People taking medications and people with certain medical or health conditions may feel exacerbating negative effects from the Sauna. Please clear yourself with your doctor/medical provider that plunging is safe for you before your first session
No alcohol or drugs allowed prior or during your sauna session
Breathwork prior to or during your Sauna experience is dangerous and is expressly prohibited
WHO SHOULD NOT USE THE SAUNA?
Do not participate in the sauna if you have any of the conditions or medical devices listed below.
Untreated Hypertension (Blood Pressure > 160/100)
Suffered a heart attack in the past 24 months
Decompensating diseases (edema) of the cardiovascular and respiratory system
Congestive heart failure, COPD, or chronic liver disease
Acute kidney or urinary tract diseases
Unstable Angina Pectoris
Pacemaker
Peripheral Arterial Occlusive Disease (aka PVD or Peripheral Vascular Disease)
Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) or known circulatory dysfunction
Acute febrile respiratory (Flu like respiratory conditions)
Severe Anemia
Hyperhidrosis (heavy perspiration)
Sensitivity to heat
Hemophilia/individuals prone to bleeding
Chronic conditions/disease associated with a reduced ability to sweat or perspire
Metal pins, silicone, rods, artificial joints, or any other surgical implants or interventions
Menstruation
Bacterial and viral infections of the skin
Wound healing disorders (open sores or discharging wound/skin conditions)
Polyneuropathies
Pregnancy
Vasculitis
Circulatory Problems
Diabetes
Any infectious disease
You may have other conditions that make sauna use inappropriate. If you are using medication you should consult a physician before the Activity. Consult with your doctor or medical advisor if you have questions about whether the Activity is right for you.
Drug or alcohol consumption prior to or during sauna use is strictly prohibited. Breathwork prior or during the sauna is strictly prohibited.
