Massage at Revival is fully customized for therapeutic healing or deep relaxation, with 30, 60, and 90-minute sessions to fit your needs. Sessions can be for general relaxation, or focused on performance-enhancing work for athletes and active individuals. Each session is tailored to your body’s specific needs and movement goals. Personal Training
Personal training at Revival starts with a free consultation and delivers clear, results-driven coaching for general fitness, beginners, and athletes. Train Tuesday–Sunday by appointment with a nationally ranked strength coach whose 12 years of competition experience—and clinical anatomy background—means smarter programming, faster progress, and fewer setbacks.
Traditional Steam Sauna
Our private traditional steam sauna is maintained at 195°F and hot when you arrive. Sessions are self-booked and self-served, available 7 days a week from 6am–10pm, and you’re welcome to bring one friend at no additional cost
